I am a weaver who loves time on my loom to create pieces for friends and family and for myself. I've always been attracted to fiber arts of all kinds and enjoy exploring and learning new ways to create with fiber.
Hello, I was a teacher for camp there many, many years ago. My daughter now goes to the same camp! I enjoy all the classes I take and the school is always familiar and inviting.

I was born and raised well below the Mason Dixon in the state of Alabama and have slowly made my way up north following graduate school, living in D.C. for a few years before landing in Vermont in the summer of 2016. Soon after moving, I quickly fell in love with the rich sense of community and culture that the place offers and have happily called Vermont my home ever sense.
My undergraduate coursework focused heavily on studio art while also balancing a good dose of performing art--dance in particular. Now I spend my days working as an occupational therapist with a focus on spinal cord injury rehabilitation. However, I still hold the creative arts closely as a hobby and passion and look forward to exploration and education through the courses offered at Shelburne Craft School.
