Introduction
Learn the basics of stranded colorwork technique, or Fair Isle, as it's frequently known. In this class, we'll cover the basics of reading a colorwork chart and learning how to hold 2 yarns at once while maintaining even tension. In this class, we'll knit a hat in worsted weight yarn, with an easy to follow color chart. If you've wanted to jump into colorwork, but have felt intimidated by it, this class will be a great way to get started.
Materials
2 skeins of worsted weight yarn (minimum 50g each) in contrasting colors - Recommend yarn that is 100% wool and non-superwash, as the grippier nature of this yarn will make colorwork easier when you're first starting.
US 7 and 8 16" circular needles
